The ContractYour contract sets out how to get along with your fellow owners and managers and basically it is the same way you'd expect to get along with anyone else in any separate suburban housing estate. Your contract really just makes explicit the rules you would generally abide by in any household in suburbia, including all the Federal, State and Local Government laws. Really, when you look at it closely there is nothing particularly different here in that regard.
The subsequent sub-pages split out the roles and responsibilities of the parties to our contract in particular areas for general information purposes only. If intending to rely on some aspect of the contract in any formal proceeding, please be sure to consult the actual wording in the Deed and do not rely on the excerpts and comments published on this website. Be sure to read it in conjunction with all the overarching laws, which can modify the interpretation. Such reading is fraught with misinterpretations and you'd be wise to consult a lawyer cognisant with this area of law. |
