is located about 20 minutes stroll or 5 minutes' drive from the village (see above map). Adjacent are many other commercial, trade, health, and service facilities.

Beaches

South of Mindarie Marina there is Claytons Beach at the foot of imposing sand dunes. This is a favoured spot for surfboard riders with a nice break curling in off the south end of the marina breakwater. This beach is not patrolled and has no associated services. The Breakwater provides rock fishing for the nimble footed.

About 25 minutes' walk north along a paved coastal park pathway is Quinns Beach. It is favoured by families and morning swimmers. It is patrolled: see Quinns Surf Life Saving site for times. Portofino's cafe-restaurant and an Indian cafe are located there.

Library

The City of Wanneroo maintains an excellent Library and City Services portfolio situated opposite the shopping mall on Ocean Keys Boulevard.  It also functions as a pay point for City services such as the payment of rates & dog licenses.  Also note that the Village has its own library.
