Harbourside Village, Mindarie is a private, gated lifestyle community set above Mindarie Keys Marina on the Indian Ocean approximately 40 minutes north of Perth, proudly owned by its residents and managed on our behalf by Keyton.

  • 5 minute walk to Mindarie Marina's boardwalk, boat pens and marine facilities, resort hotel, The Boat Pub & Restaurant, Micro Brewery & cafes which our village overlooks; and
