Grapevine News – 10 April 2014

Spa Selection

A preferred 6 person spa that meets both Dept. of Health and Village requirements has been identified. If confirmed it could be installed and hopefully open within 2 months.

Q & A

A Q&A was held last Friday 4 April.

Some items covered included:

Spa update, pool temperature, carport plans, security planning, wheelbarrows,  HDTV, Website access and carryover issues from the storm;

Dumb waiter in SE apartments; waiting for parts hope to be fixed this week. Intercom in NE apartment’s; technician still to fix;

A new controller has been fitted to the reticulation system which means that the overground retic will be up and running again by Sunday 13th April.  Interruption to the water supply was due to plumbers in the village this week doing checks on the isolation valves throughout the village so that in future we are able to isolate certain areas of the village when there is a problem.  Work is progressing and will continue next week, we will advise the date as soon as we know when they will be re-attending.
