Pigeons: 12 Pigeons were destroyed on Friday and the technician will be returning in a week’s time for two more visits.
Spa: No news yet from the Dept. of Health
Security: Several cars have been broken into within the village. Please be vigilant and ensure your properties and vehicles are secured. Awaiting quotes for security cameras for the front gate and clubhouse and security system for clubhouse door.
Smoke Alarms: New alarms have been installed in The Rise and The Walk which now connect to our Smartlink system if there is a fire.
Dumbwaiters: still awaiting the parts.
Foyer intercom system: mostly working just a few minor outstanding issues.
Servicing Garage Doors: Alan S has negotiated a special rate for Village residents with a company called EDENROC. The usual rate for SINGLE GARAGE DOORS is $132. The special rate for the village is now $115 and $100 per door (if more than one door at same time). Phone 9303 9334 for service call and mention Harbourside Village special rate as above.
