HV Grapevine NEWS – 13 May
Spa – Still no news from Department of Health.
Carport Application: We have received the final drawings and engineers certificate and have now lodged with planning to get a blanket planning approval.
Smoke Alarms: All of The Rise and The Walk now have their new smoke alarms which are now linked with the smartlink alarm in the event of a fire.
Pigeons: James is attending the village for two more visits this week. Culling programme is going well.
Bowling Green: Please do not use the bowling green as a cut through to the office
Fire Drills: Practice fire drills are continuing throughout the village and the ones already carried out were very successful.
Apartment Intercoms : Most of the problems rectified but still a couple of issues outstanding
Dumb waiters: Still awaiting parts.
Telephones : We still seem to be having ongoing problems with telephone lines, we have contacted Telstra and they attended on Saturday and are fully aware of the ongoing problems. If you are experiencing problems please call Telstra to report it as the more people that call them along with me calling them the better.
Security: Just a reminder to make sure that your car doors, house windows and doors are locked as we have had 5 incidents of car’s being broken into over the past week or so.
The repairs are being done to the pedestrian path by the front gate on Thursday. Please take care if walking in that area whilst the repairs are being carried out.
