Today the Residents General Meeting voted not to proceed with the proposed refurbishment. There are currently no proposals to refurbish the Clubhouse. Once the vote to exclude the Panorama room succeeded, it meant that those against that motion had to vote against the motion to proceed with refurbishment. At this time any further proposals to refurbish the clubhouse will be up to a future committee, as members of the current subcommittee indicated that they will not put themselves through the process again.
